Dcafe

Weekly Dcafe every Tuesday run by Deaf volunteers for the Deaf Community!

Every week our fantastic team of Deaf volunteers work in a team together in JDA's kosher dairy kitchen. Serving fresh hot lunches, jacket potatoes, home made soup, as well as delicious baked fresh cakes.

We have a ‘daily special’.  Once a month we have a ‘themed menu’, which can range from ‘Diwali’ to ‘American Independence Day’ and so on.

The café is open to the Deaf Community, a signing café, to alleviate isolation and allow Deaf people of all faiths to socialise in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Open every Tuesday between 10am and 3.30pm.

We also run talks, discussions and games in the afternoons.

Check events below for more details.

We are also seeking Deaf volunteers to help run our Dcafe.

If you are interested to become a volunteer, learn new skills, enjoy meeting new people and available on Mondays & Tuesdays?  If yes please come and see us!

Full training will be provided.  All expenses will be covered.
